• Customer Cancellations: Clients may cancel their service up to 72 hours before their scheduled date. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed only if cancellations are made within the agreed time frame. No refunds will be provided for same-day cancellations unless deemed an emergency at our discretion.

2. Financial Transactions

• Payment Terms: Payment for services must be completed prior to the installation or delivery of decorations. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of services.

• Deposits: Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This will be communicated clearly before any transactions take place.

3. Liability

• Errors or Omissions: While we strive to provide accurate information and exceptional service, we are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the service description, or any interruptions (such as website downtime).

• Damage: While we take every precaution to protect your property during installation and removal, we are not liable for any incidental damage that may occur. Once the items are installed we are not responsible for any items damaged after Pumpkin Perfect Porches, LLC is finished with installation or removal of décor.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• Content Usage: All designs, layouts, and concepts created by Pumpkin Perfect Porches are the intellectual property of our company. Clients may not copy, redistribute, or adapt these designs for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

• Attribution: If you post photos of our work online (e.g., social media), we kindly request proper credit be given to Pumpkin Perfect Porches.

5. Customer Conduct

• Respectful Behavior: We expect all customers to engage with us and our staff respectfully. Any form of hate speech, bullying, harassment, or unlawful behavior will not be tolerated.

• Prohibited Activities: Customers may not use our services or website for any unlawful or harmful activities, including the promotion of spam or third-party promotions without prior consent.

6. Account Management

• Account Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to disable, suspend, or terminate user accounts at our discretion if any violations of these terms are identified.

• Seasonality: Our services are subject to seasonality and availability of materials. While we strive to meet your expectations, some items may be substituted based on availability.

• Weather Conditions: In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen events, installations may be delayed or rescheduled. We will notify customers promptly and work to accommodate alternative dates.
